Robert Young brings over a decade of experience in fundraising, business development, and community engagement to Yes We Go To Therapy. A seasoned nonprofit leader, Robert has directed multi-million-dollar campaigns, cultivated lasting donor partnerships, and advanced organizational growth across higher education, labor, and mission-driven sectors.
With a strong background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Robert integrates a human-centered approach into every aspect of his work, ensuring that individuals and communities feel seen, valued, and empowered. His leadership is grounded in building authentic relationships and fostering collaboration that drives meaningful impact.
A proud husband and father of three, Robert was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and now resides with his family in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
